What we've been doing in 2010:

  • Added nearly 1,000 new users, representing about a 25% increase in users
  • 5% of these new users are Teachers from around the globe
  • 10% of the Teachers who signed up in 2010 are from outside the USA
  • 20% are from New England, where we keep up most of our live outreach.
  • The rest of the teachers are from: NY, TX, AZ, FL, CA, NJ, WY, SD, SC, NE, IL, AK, OR, GA, IA, PA and OH.
  • Added to our database of current event articles, created some new categories to reflect feedback from users and began a software upgrade to enhance user experience for teachers and students.
  • Traveled to Sturbridge MA for NE regional conference on the Social Studies, where we presented and exhibited. Also, we presented and exhibited in Denver, CO for the NCSS annual conference.
